Ally with varka/ketra u can makking even someself on ur Cat class so it slould be any problem but if u count on clannies to make ally u will be dissponted.

IMO the most important is to have players to camp epic now so 4h its only window epic respown. Really to low time in game.
U need to ask someself what u expexted from the game ( clan and clannies )? I think its not about epics, becouse u don`t have time spend time for them, so diferent target as we have
